Scrapbook Boutique Betsy Bluebell

Isn't Betsy soooooo cute! what a fun image to colour.....



I have seen this technique with the scallops on Lauries blog, she does it so well!

I have used RV10 to lightly airbrush to soften the edges of the white nestie.
