Card Patterns Sketch 64- Starting the christmas challenge!

Thought it was time to kick off the Christmas card challenge (Check it out at here with Robyn), and what a perfect sketch to begin with! Card Patterns sketch 64 is the inspirations I have used for this card.

The Recipe:
Cardstock: Real Red, Tangerine Tango, Whisper White & Kiwi Kiss
Stamps: Tree trimming Trio (PTI)
Ink: Real Red, Tangerine Tango & Kiwi Kiss
Accessories: Real Red Grosgrain, Spellbinders Nestabilities Circles, Fiskars Apron Lace boarder, star punch (SU), buttons, Crystal Effects, Quikutz embossing folder (is on the kiwi kiss at the bottom, unfortunately it didn't photograph well!)

Here is another one I made, not sure where I was going with this one-lol!!  Not happy with the end result but at least it is another one to add to the Christmas card challenge!!  The colours are from Just Add Ink #16, I thought they were a great combo of colour, but have since decided they are not for Christmas!!  Will pick my colours a little more carefully next time!

The Recipe:
Cardstock: Ruby Red, So Saffron, Close to Cocoa,Pretty in pink and Whisper White
Stamps: Dot Spot & Signature Christmas (PTI), Crazy for Christmas (SU)
Ink/Markers: Ruby Red, So Saffron, Close to Cocoa,Pretty in pink, Stazon Black
Accessories: Pretty in Pink Tafetta ribbon, Circle punches (SU), Score Pal, Kaiser Rhinestones.

Thanks for Stopping by
Happy Crafting

Yay! So glad to see you playing with our sketch this week! :D I love your interpretation - I've got a thing for long cards, but don't seem to reach for them too often myself...
I don' think the colours on the second card are bad for Christmas, and I do like the card a lot! Good luck with building up your holiday stash! xxx
